The answer given on the public side is still a good one. If your applicant cops to killing Jimmy Hoffa he can't be charged without corroboration. I wouldn't ever mention this guy in an applicant interview. IF an applicant brought it up I would probably point out that the reason that the guy confessed is because he was absolutely sure that the polygraph would catch him if he didn't, and that 99.9999% of the skeletons in an applicants closet won't lead to new charges being filed.
If your applicant decides to withdraw his application, we win. If he fails his exam, go for the admission. Prisons are absolutley bursting at the seams with guys and gals who knew they had the right to remain silent and if they talked they would go to jail, but still confessed.
F.C.A. (Future Convicts of America) should have a support group for people who don't know when to STFU. Lets call it ON and ON ANON
